With 15+ years in talent development and employee engagement roles, Diana’s career has spanned both nonprofit and private sectors, and she is passionate about building workplaces that can attract, develop, and retain Talent at any point in their career and life stage. As a consultant and coach, she brings these experiences to bear to support organizations and individuals on the brink of growth and transformation, helping them to lead through uncertainty, across difference, and for inclusion. Diana is a certified coach, Hogan and MBTI practitioner, and trains on the human experience of change in organizations.
